Your last 24 hours,
on one dial.
Circa draws your day as a 24-hour clock: sleep, workouts, meals, and your fast. Most of it comes from Apple Health, filled in by the apps you already use. No scores, no streaks.
Midnight at the top, noon at the bottom.
The hand is now. The faded hours just ahead of it are this time yesterday.
The thin outer band. Anything that writes them to Apple Health works: Oura, Apple Watch, Strava, Hevy.
The main ring, coral to purple. One tap to start, one to end. It runs straight through midnight.
The amber gap between one fast and the next.
Beads at the time they happened. Meals come from any food log that writes to Apple Health, like MacroFactor. Drinks you tap in yourself.
You already track enough.
Your watch and your food log already collect more than you'll ever look at. Circa draws what they write to Apple Health on one dial, and puts that dial on your Lock Screen.
You log the two things nothing on your wrist can see: a fast starting or ending, and a drink. One tap each.
Your data stays on your phone and in your own iCloud. Circa reads from Apple Health and never writes to it. There's no Circa server.

The dial also lives in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a running fast shows in the Dynamic Island.
It's where the word circadian comes from. Your body runs on a loop of roughly 24 hours, so the app is a circle.
